DirectOS

Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026. These terms are between you and Creed Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company, P.O. Box 1844, Eustis, FL 32727 (“we”).

The service

DirectOS helps field-service businesses schedule work, manage customers, send estimates and invoices, get paid, and communicate with customers and their team. Features vary by plan (Free, Direct Start, Direct Pro, Direct Elite) as described in the app.

Accounts

The business owner is responsible for their team members’ access, for keeping sign-in details secure, and for the accuracy of the business’s records.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe on our website, with a charge for each team member beyond the plan’s included seats. You can change or cancel your plan anytime from Manage Billing.

Cancellation and refunds

Your customers’ payments

Payments your customers make on invoices go directly to your own connected Stripe account. We never hold those funds. Your relationship with Stripe is governed by Stripe’s terms.

Texting

You can get a business number from DirectOS, which we set up and register with the carriers (such as A2P 10DLC) on your behalf using the information you give us, or you can connect your own Twilio account and number, in which case you pay Twilio directly and complete carrier registration yourself. Either way, you are responsible for complying with texting laws and carrier rules, including obtaining your customers’ consent, honoring opt-outs, and giving accurate, current registration information. See our SMS Terms.

Automation and suggestions

Drafted replies, suggested dates and other automated suggestions can be wrong. They are drafts for you to review unless you turn on automatic sending for that type of action; you remain responsible for what is sent on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Don’t use DirectOS to send spam or unlawful messages, to access another business’s data, or to interfere with the service.

Your data

You own your business’s data. We use it only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data from the app at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

DirectOS is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that texts, calls, payments, notifications or automatic actions will always be delivered or carried out.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to DirectOS is limited to the amount you paid us for DirectOS in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnity. You’ll defend and hold us harmless from claims by third parties (including your customers and team members) arising from your use of DirectOS, the messages and calls you send through it, your business’s data, or your breach of these terms or the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please email support@directos.app so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and, for significant changes, email you at least 30 days before they take effect.
